The apartment is not far from A’ Cràpa Mangia and is located on the lower floor of a newly built, detached stone house. Here you live at some distance from the hustle and bustle of the estate, but enjoy the same services and access to all the communal areas of A’ Cràpa Mangia. Casa Carlo is divided into a living area with kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The partially covered terrace offers a wonderful view of the bay of Santa Maria and, on a clear day, the Amalfi Coast and Capri. One bathroom has a bathtub and WC, the other has a shower and WC. Thanks to the heating, wood-burning stove and air conditioning, our Casa Carlo is the perfect place for you to relax at any time of year.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels & tablecloths are included in the rental price. We change them every 8 days.
Cleaning is included from a week’s stay (6 nights). You can also order our cleaning staff in between for a fee (12 €/hour).

The costs for the central heating are charged according to consumption.
